EASY SALMON AIR FRYER RECIPE IS 'MOIST AND DELICIOUS' AND READY IN JUST 15 MINUTES

The early May Bank Holiday is the perfect time to see loved ones and to spend time with people who make you feel good.

Why not treat yourself and any visitors to a scrumptious salmon dish that requires very little effort at all.

Simply by using an air fryer, you can have the most "moist and delicious" piece of meat to serve, if you fancy trying out a recipe.

One reviewer, Lisa Mowery, tried the Allrecipes method and said: "For a 10 oz fillet, [it] took 13 minutes.

"I seasoned with salt, pepper, dill and garlic powder. I had some dill-flavoured dip leftover so I spread about a teaspoon of that on the fish.

"It was lightly browned and so moist and delicious. This is the only way I'll prepare salmon from now on."

Air fryer salmon recipe

Prep: five minutes

Cooks in" 15 minutes

Ingredients:

One salmon fillet

Half a teaspoon of salt

Half a teaspoon Greek seasoning

One-quarter teaspoon ground black pepper

One pinch of dried dill weed

Method

Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C) for five minutes. Meanwhile, season salmon fillet with salt, Greek seasoning, pepper, and dill.

Line the air fryer basket with a perforated parchment round. Place salmon onto the parchment, skin-side down. Cook salmon in the preheated air fryer until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.

Another happy reviewer posted: "Loved it! First time to make salmon and decided to try it out in the air fryer!"

Jodey also "loved it", adding that it was the first recipe she's tried in the air fryer and "it was fantastic". Jodey added: "Flaky and perfectly cooked. Now I'm hooked."

Juliana Hale added: "This is a really easy and tasty dinner. Put your air fryer to good use!"

One suggestion is to pair the cooked salon with rice pilau, which will need to be made ahead of the salmon.
